Sara Haines & Husband Max Shifrin Welcome Third Child — See Their Baby Boy
Sara Haines is a proud mom of three beautiful children! The Strahan and Sara co-host, 41, and her husband Max Shifrin welcomed their third child in the early hours of Wednesday, June 26, her rep confirmed to People, which obtained the first photos of the couple’s newborn son. Caleb Joseph Shifrin — who was named after Sara’s grandfather and brother — weighed in at 8 lbs., 15 oz.
“Max and I are riding the life high of meeting this new little guy and the heart we just grew as he joins Alec and Sandra,” Sara told the magazine. The host and Max’s baby boy joins their daughter Sandra Grace, 18 months, and son, Alec Richard, 3. — Congratulations to the family of five!
Sara announced that she was expecting her third child back in January on Good Morning America, revealing that the baby was due in July. “BABY NUMBER 3!” the official Instagram account for GMA shared via Twitter. “Make sure to tune in to #GMADay this afternoon starting at 1pET to hear more of Sara’s baby news!”

The tv journalist even joked about how the dynamic of her family would change ahead of Caleb’s birth. “We just figured out our one-on-one defense and now we have to move to a zone,” she told People at the time she announced she was pregnant with baby No. 3. “Max and I are super excited while also being terrified! We are so grateful.” Sara and Max, a lawyer, tied the knot in The Bahamas in 2014.
Sara’s co-host of their daytime talk show, Michael Strahan, 47, surprised her with a baby shower on-air in May. The former NFL player even invited some of her high-school friends to join in on the celebration, which brought Sara to (happy) tears!
