Jillian Michaels Gets Naked For ‘Shape’
Jillian says that although she’s 40, she actually feels more confident with her body.
“When I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have,” she tells the magazine. “Yes, I’m older but I’m also wiser and that’s a more intrinsic type of beauty.”
How do you get her body? Jillian explains that even mom’s who are running around all day with their kids can easily get her arms!
“It’s important for women to have overall strength, because when you feel physically powerful, it transcends into every facet of your life,” she says. “My best reason for having strong arms is because I love to pick up my kids.”
But even Jillian, believe it or not, has her own insecurities: “Do I want to have a better butt? Sure, but I’m healthy and can wear my skinny jeans, and that’s good enough!”
Jillian Reveals How To Get In The Best Shape
We spoke to Jillian in February and she told us that she is constantly trying to create new workouts to help people stay in shape: “Focus on getting an effective and balanced workout that targets all major muscle group and keeps up the intensity. Look for a workout that combines strength training with cardio exercises. Even in as little as 30 minutes you can burn calories and fat, as well as build lean muscle and strength.”
