Zac’s New Movie
Are We Officially Dating? is a movie that “concerns three friends in New York City who make a pact to remain single just as they each start to fall in love,” according to HollywoodLife.com‘s sister site Deadline.com. The movie stars Zac, Imogen Poots, Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, and Jessica Lucas.
This is not your typical romantic comedy, as we see Zac enter a seedy sex store to pick up a few items. We wonder what his on screen love interest — played by Imogen — thought of that! Zac and Imogen have been seen filming in New York on several occasions in recent weeks, and there have been plenty of kissing scenes!
Zac’s Career Change
Zac has really broadened his acting horizons in the last year — not only has he begun filming this more-raunchy-than-usual rom com, but he also starred in the critically acclaimed 2012 film The Paperboy, alongside Nicole Kidman. It’s good that Zac is branching out and doing more daring films, and he is not the only former High School Musical star to do so!
Zac’s former co-star and long-term love Vanessa Hudgens is also trying her hand at more controversial and challenging roles. In her upcoming film Spring Breakers, she plays a teen delinquent who robs a convenience store to fund her spring break. Oh, and she has a threesome with Ashley Benson and James Franco!
