Kiefer Sutherland Responds To Freddie Prinze Jr
It’s clear Kiefer isn’t happy with Freddie randomly slamming him to the press like this. Instead of taking to Twitter, he released his own statement to ABC via his rep:
“Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze, Jr. more than 5 years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie’s grievances. Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best.”
Wow, it’s definitely shocking! We wonder what sparked all of this for Freddie!
Freddie’s Comments About Kiefer
It all started when Freddie, 38, made some intense comments about Kiefer, while at Comic-Con, promoting his new Disney series, “Star Wars Rebels.”
“I did ’24,’ it was terrible. I hated every moment of it,” he told ABC. “Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world. That’s not me talking trash, I’d say it to his face, I think everyone that’s worked with him has said that. I just wanted to quit the business after that. So, I just sort of stopped.”
We also spoke to a source at HollywoodLife.com who told us that Freddie is just jealous of Kiefer’s success.
“Freddie is just jealous of Kiefer because he’s not as popular with the ladies,” our source told us. “While on location, girls were always approaching Kiefer right and left. Freddie was completely overshadowed and was clearly upset about playing second fiddle. Freddie is bitter that his career has been stalled for so long so he’s into the blame game.”
