Speaking of Khloe’s fitness, the reality star likes to use a waist trainer while she works out and HollywoodLife.com learnt that the technique is very dangerous!
“Our abs are an essential element to the stabilization of our entire body, especially our spines. It is not only ineffective to depend on an outside force for a false sense of security, but downrightdangerous depending on the exercise being performed,” fitness expert Matthew Griffin explained to HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
Khloe posted a pic on Feb. 24 showing off how tiny her waist is with the trainer on.
It sounds like she should reconsider using the trainer to slim her waist — it could cause some serious harm!
