“He’s genuinely excited and gung-ho about becoming a father,” Daily Mail reports. It was an absolute bombshell when news broke that the One Direction band member and his friend, Briana Jungwirth, 23, were expecting their first child on July 14, but it seems like Louis has really been taking the whole thing very maturely.

“Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother,” People, the publication that broke the news, reported. “It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer.” The singer even vowed to be a “hands on” dad, which we don’t doubt at all.
