A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kris Jenner, 60, is livid at Selena Gomez, 23, for getting involved. “Kris Jenner is obviously on her daughter’s side and thinks what Selena wrote about the situation is none of her business. Kris thinks if it ‘didn’t f*ck*ng matter’, then why is Selena commenting on it?” the insider tells us.
The comment in question is Selena’s first tweet, which read, “There are more important things to talk about… Why can’t people use their voice for something that f*ck*ng matters?” At least someone is a voice of reason throughout all this!
“Kris has been friendly with Selena in the past on many occasions, but seeing that she is calling out her daughter and son-in-law really frustrates her,” the source adds. Looks like Kris and Selena’s relationship, which peaked at the 2015 Met Gala, is going to be pretty strained from here on out! “Truth is last thing we need right now is hate, in any form,” Selena also tweeted, and we have to agree with her.
Kris and Kim aren’t concerned with the fact that they’re spreading “hate”, though. “Kris wants people to know the truth. She knows that is what really matters and loves what Kim did,” the source concludes. Like mother, like daughter…
