Happy 31st Birthday, Julianne Hough: Look Back At Her Hottest Ab-Baring Photos Of All-Time
Julianne Hough turns 31 on July 20, and she’s in better shape than ever as she makes her way into her 30s! It’s no secret that Julianne loves staying fit and active, and the results have most definitely paid off when it comes to her body — she’s beyond toned and sports an epic six pack. Of course, we don’t blame her for wanting to show off her toned figured whenever she can, and she’s rocked quite a number of ab-baring looks over the years. Whether it’s a bikini, sports bra, crop top, sexy dance costume, or some other stylish look, Julianne always looks incredible while showing off her abs.
Of course, dancing is part of what keeps Julianne in amazing shape. She’s been dancing since she was just a little girl, and eventually landed a spot as a professional on Dancing With the Stars during season four. She was on the show for five seasons and won TWICE, but even after she left the series to pursue other opportunities (like acting and singing), she never lost her passion for dance. She’s toured with her brother, Derek Hough, to help keep in shape over the years, and often posts videos of herself dancing in her spare time.
In general, Julianne and her husband, hockey player, Brooks Laich, are fans of staying active, so even without intense workouts, Julianne is able to stay fit. The 31-year-old has previously admitted that she loves trying new forms of exercise, from yoga to more high-intensity activities.
